Emit KitemListSelectionManager's selectionChanged signal correctly

This commit makes sure that the signal is emitted with the correct
current and previous selection after a selection change, and
that the signal is emitted exactly once in
KItemListSelectionManager::itemsInserted and
KItemListSelectionManager::itemsRemoved.
